Of the treatments available to treat Depression, I would say the most common would be Psychotherapy also known as talk therapy. There are four basic approaches of psychotherapy; Cognitive/Behavioral, Interpersonal, Psychodynamic, and Psychosocial. The type or types of therapy you receive will depend on the type and depth of Depression you have.
