Hyaluronic acid facial fillers are helping many Baby Boomers look years younger — without a facelift. And now it seems the effects may be more than cosmetic. A study in the Feb. 20, 2007 Archives of Dermatology, published by the American Medical Assocation, shows that Restylane, an anti-wrinkle injectable hyaluronic acid skin filler, appears to stimulate facial skin cells to make natural collagen.
